This 90-minute DVD was conceived and produced by Australian videographer, Rhonda Byrne, and released in April of this year.
The Secret is knowledge of how to use the Law of Attraction as the basis for manifestation. The thesis, “The Law of Attraction” is that we attract into our experience whatever we give our attention to, by virtue of the vibrations of our thoughts, which register throughout the universe. And that we can work directly with this principal of resonance in particular ways.
The Secret is a collection of interviews mixed with animations, does not use a story line, and focuses on teaching 3 principals of manifestation. Very clearly articulated by a wide variety of spokesmen, present and past, the movie shows how to work with the law of attraction to create from personal desire.

Description: Join us in celebrating the summer solstice, as we re-vision an ancient 50,000 year-old shamanic Moon phase ritual in contemporary context. Our Stone Age ancestors were connected to the universe they lived in, through this Solunar ritual. We have virtually lost our connection to our universe and thus fragmented our consciousness.
How can we find our way back? We believe the Moon’s cycles were and are the original model for humanity’s evolution of consciousness.
A daily path of transformation, the model is based on Eight Windows in Time opening to humanity every month. Each month, these windows answer the four questions: What is the focused spiritual and personal intent for this month? How can I use the energies for the greatest good of all? Whereto is this intent leading? and Why—for what purpose and value?
We call our new vision of this early Moon ritual, as an exercise in practical spirituality, The Old Woman Who Never Dies. Like the Moon which dies and is renewed every 29 days, anyone can experience a rebirth at the end of each month, if they allow the eight energies of the cycle to guide them through the process. Having practiced this as a form of mindfulness for some years, we can say that we are far more connected than we were, not only to the universe but to humanity, past and present.
In its original form the practice was tribal and primitive. A “Lunar Path” has been alluded to by various writers, but to our knowledge never written down. We do know it has never been presented in its complete, simple, ageless, natural form, as a transformative path belonging to everyone. We will present this model, based on our own experiences and forthcoming book, in an interactive lecture format that leaves you with adequate basic tools for further personal investigation.
Virginia Meyer is a professional astrologer, author, teacher, and retired art and mental health therapist. Currently, she is completing the book, The Old Woman Who Never Dies and developing new techniques in astrology.
Judy Koons is an astrologer and Tarot student. Currently she is exploring healing and mind-body connection through nutrition, herbs and supplements.
