Brain Mapping for Peak Performance: Live EEG Demonstration with Dr. Alarik Arenander

1.) There is a direct relationship between brainwave performance and the performance of the individual.

2.) We now have a technology to measure brainwave coherence.

3.) If your brainwaves are less than optimal, you can improve them.

Dr. Alarik Arenander is Co-Director of Research for the David Lynch Foundation. He is a a UCLA-trained neuroscientist, educator, international lecturer, and leading researcher into the neuroscience of brain development and human potential. He is one of the world’s foremost researchers on the effects of meditation on the brain. He has conducted pioneering research at University of California at Los Angeles, Penn State University, and University of Wisconsin, and is currently the Director of the Brain Research Institute at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa.

His work has helped establish the field of neuroscience as science’s leading area for exploring human potentiality and mind/body health. He has personally contributed to the scientific exploration of brain development and human potential for the last 35 years conducting research at many top research institutions in the US and Europe.
