Description: How the Enneagram of Personality can be used to:

·        Identify the unique talents and gifts you bring to community life,

·        Recognize and appreciate the talents and gifts of your community members, and;

·        Develop a clear approach to enrich and strengthen your social connection with each member; creating an environment of respect, trust ,and mutual support, so that the community’s power to achieve their desired goals is maximized.

Important note: You will need to take a 15 minute, on-line typing test prior to attending. Go to, http://authenticenneagram.com/essential_enneagram_test/index.html.  This will give you a preliminary feel for which of the nine types most describes you.

In this program, Michael will present a quick overview of each of the nine personality types, which should help us confirm our type. Then he will lead us in an exercise to increase our awareness, appreciation, and compassion for the profound differences in type behavior: how each type sees the world, sees themselves, what they value, how they communicate, decide, lead and follow, etc. This work will allow us to see our unique gifts, and an appreciative view of our fellow community members gifts and talents.

Michael conducts Enneagram trainings, consults on its implementation in organizations, and coaches executives using it as a template for improved self-understanding and professional effectiveness. Michael is also a founding partner of the Seattle-based training and consulting firm, The Next Edge, Inc. He specializes in developing leadership talent, and creating high performance teams. In this capacity he uses the Enneagram extensively in work with corporations and private firms.Michael is also a founding partner of the Seattle-based training and consulting firm, The Next Edge, Inc.
