A Commuter's Guide To Enlightenment by Dr. Stewart Bitkoff

Stewart Bitkoff is an IONS member who wanted to share this with you, It is timely, and is highly recommended on Amazon. Here is what Stewart wrote:

This book explores the idea of using spiritual capacity in every day life, while commuting to work; I wrote it while traveling the Major Deegan Expressway into Manhattan and found myself using a meditative technique to transcend the daily ride.  Its a fun book, filled with practical strategies, road stories, relaxation techniques, and spiritual exercises to help make the journey through life. The book is available at most online venues and local bookstores.  Please take a look and help tell others... more enlightening.

Thanks. Dr. Stewart Bitkoff
