IONS-Seeding the Seattle Soul: Monday, Oct.10 |
|
We are stewards for our time. We are the ones
entrusted with sowing the seeds for a future fertile world…”the ones we
have been waiting for.” The time is now! In manner of deep conversation, respectful deep listening, communal wisdom, we will pass around the seeds we are planting today, learning from each other how to yield a harvest of balance for the future. Share how you plant the seeds of sustainability with your Seattle IONS community, offering from your heart, listening with your soul. Where is your fertile ground? How will you bring yourself one step closer toward a world that works for all? Be creative with ways to move toward a socially responsible, spiritual, simple, and sustainable future. Offer the one thing that you took away from the recent IONS Seattle Duane Elgin event on 9/26, The World at the Tipping Point: Exploring our Pivotal Time in Human Evolution. Declare the one thing that you could do toward a more engaged participation in a sustainable world! What have you have already changed in your habits toward making a sustainable world? Network the organizations and communities you currently participate in and support for the sake of sustainability. As a steward for the future, how will you bend into the soil? What would make a fertile world emerge from thoughtful, collaborative care? Engage in a manner of deep sharing on planting the seeds of sustainability, finding your fertile ground, bringing yourself closer toward a world that works for all.
