For all you David Whyte fans, we have David's break out session from the 2003 IONS Conference on video. For those who have not yet never heard local, internationally renowned artist, David Whyte recite his poetry, then it is difficult to describe the exceptional quality of his presentation. He has a unique style of punctuating essence through a poem, coupled with profound insight into life. In addition, this delightful and rare video captures the inspiration of his wisdom as he teaches on the integration and balance of the dimensions of life. We'll take an hour excerpt from David Whyte's break out session on the "Three Marriages: Work, Self and Other." Here's a taste: "You lose the conversation with your partner... they will very quickly become strangers to you. The same thing with your work. You're not the same person working 25 years later as you were 25 years ago. Your work has a life of its own. Lose your conversation with your work and you'll become a stranger to it, and it'll become a stranger to you. Lose your conversation with yourself and you become a stranger to yourself."
