for the all day workshop The Yoga of Time Travel at Bastyr
University. We are very pleased to have you join us.
The fee is $65 IONS members/$75 regular. If you would like to become an IONS
member, joining through our Seattle IONS community group will save you $10
on membership. To find out more on membership, please contact

Ave NE Ste 106, Bellevue, WA 98005 as below. This address is listed on the
Confirmation form also. We can email you a paper registration form if
you prefer or a membership application to join through our group.

Regarding Lunch:
Cafeteria is available (please see note below). There are also restaurants
and a grocery store outside the campus. For an additional $8.50 you can
advance purchase an all you can eat hot cafeteria style vegetarian lunch. In
lieu of that you can buy food by the pound at the cafeteria. We are trying
to anticipate how much food to order in the cafeteria, so we request that
you if you are eating in the cafeteria you: 1) prepay an all you can eat
lunch, 2) indicate you will be checking your lunch out by the pound.
